Description
GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT Project 0CA3129 General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: California City: Walnut Creek/Concord Delineated Area: From the point of beginning at the intersection of Interstate 680 and Mount Diablo Boulevard, east on Mount Diablo Boulevard and continuing on Walker Avenue to Walnut Boulevard, north on Walnut Boulevard to Ygnacio Valley Road, northeast on Ygnacio Valley Road to Concord Boulevard, northwest on Concord Boulevard to Bailey Road, north on Bailey Road and proceeding in a north direction to Suisun Bay, west along Suisun Bay to a point east of the Benicia � Martinez bridge, proceeding in a south direction to Solano Way, south on Solano Way to Imhoff Drive, west on Imhoff Drive to Interstate 680, south on Interstate 680 to the point of beginning at the intersection of Interstate 680 and Mount Diablo Boulevard. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7,500 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 8,000 Space Type: Secured Parking/Warehouse � Law Enforcement Full Term: 20 years Firm Term: 15 years Additional Requirements: Offered spaces shall/have: 1. Unrestricted building and parking access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for Law Enforcement Agency Secured Vehicle Parking. Approximately 10-15 full size Sport Utility Vehicles, such as Chevrolet Suburban 2. Controlled access standalone parking structure. No overnight public parking. OR Under building parking with strict key and/or permit access control will be considered. No public parking. OR Secure ground floor warehouse space converted to house vehicles. 3. Allow installation of fencing and gates, if applicable. 4. Not be on the same floor or floor above/below foreign government offices 5. Contiguous on a single floor. 6. Ground floor or structurally capable ramps to withstand normal use by 10-15 vehicles, 10,500 to 12,000 pounds each. 7. Minimum ceiling/sign/piping clearance of 6 foot 8 inches. 8. Turning capability for 18 feet 9 inch long by 6 feet 9 inch wide vehicle. 9. Not be located in window space that is adjacent to outside fire escapes, ledges, balconies, public parking, mezzanines, or directly above the loading dock area 10. 24 hour building security system 11. Allow for Government CCTV cameras at entrance/exists and/or Government occupied floor. 12. Secured HVAC air intakes. Restricted access to roof, fan rooms, and utility rooms, if applicable. 13. Minimum 50 foot setback from public parking, unrestricted parking, and railroad tracks. 14. Restricted loading dock access, ifapplicable. 15. NOT REQUIRED: Meet the requirements of Project # 8CA3526 for Office Space and Parking Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). ).
