- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as Request for Quotes (RFQ) 246-21-Q-0001. This procurement is 100% total small business set-aside under NAICS code 532420 with a standard business size of $35.0 million. Contractor shall provide a firm, fixed-price for �21 multi-functional copiers (print, fax, and scan) with a Lease and Preventive Maintenance agreement for the Pawnee Indian Health Center. The period of performance for this requirement shall be a base plus 4 option years starting December 30, 2020. The closing date for receipt of quotes is December 11, 2020. The offer shall be received by email to Ronay.English@ihs.gov no later than 4:00 p.m. CST, on December 11, 2020. Questions may be emailed and will be due by December 2, 2020 no later than 2:00 pm CST. TELEPHONE INQUIRIES SHALL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND TELEPHONE CALLS SHALL NOT BE RETURNED. THE INDIAN HEALTH SERVICE SHALL NOT CONSIDER YOUR QUOTE FOR AWARD IF YOU FAIL TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS IN THE STATMENT OF WORK CONTRACT AWARD SHALL BE MADE TO THE RESPONSIBLE, RESPONSIVE OFFEROR OFFERING THE LOWEST REASONABLE PRICE AND MEETING ALL TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS. The technical evaluation shall be a determination based on information furnished by the vendor in the submitted proposals. The Government is not responsible for locating or securing any information which is not identified in the offer. The Government reserves the right to make an award without discussions.
