Description

The Government is seeking the privatization of extended stay facilities at Nellis Air Force Base.� This includes the renovation of the existing facilities or new construction of facilities to support the expected occupants.� The offeror must be able to operate and manage the facility for the duration of the contract or agreement. The Government estimates approximately 118 extended stay rooms are required on base and expect to be filled to 98% capacity year-round.��Nellis Air Force base also requires an event space intended to accommodate up to 2,000 people for events such as symposiums, graduations, etc. Additionally, the Government expects to have a surplus of over 300,000 bed nights per year off-base, which are currently contracted out on an as required biases.
