Description

The US Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) -�Vicksburg, MS, intends to issue a sole source award utilizing Simplified�Acquisition Procedures as outlined in FAR Part 13 to the Association for�Computing Machinery (ACM) for the renewal of annual subscriptions. ACM is�the only vendor that can provide the electronic, multisite, and IP recognition�access to their virtual digital library. The vendor shall provide an�annualsubscription for access to the ACM Digital Library which includes the�ACM e-Digital Library and the ACM e-Master Sig Package.�This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no�solicitation document will be posted for this requirement. However, parties�interested in responding to this notice may submit technical data, including�price, with sufficient documentation to establish capability in providing the�same or similar product. All statements received by the closing date of this�notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the�Government to or not to initiate a competitive solicitation based on�responses�received is solely within the discretion of the Government.�Interested parties may electronically submit their capabilities and�qualifications�to provide the needed services to David.g.ammermann@usace.army.mil. Responses must be received by the closing date and time of this notice to be considered. Oral communications will not be accepted.
