Description: THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO EXERCISE THE OPTION UNDER FAR 52.217-8, OPTION TO EXTEND SERVICES. This action will result in a modification to Contract NNK16OL05C with ASRC Federal Data Solutions, LLC, 7000 Muirkirk Meadows Dr, Beltsville, MD, 20705.� This option exercise will be at the current rates specified in the contract and will extend the period of performance to October 31, 2021. The total value of the six (6) month extension is $2,132,075. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. This notice is required because the option to extend services was not synopsized in the original award notice to this contract.
