- Description
- Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1), the Regional Contracting Office Central intends to issue a sole source award Shimadzu Precision Instruments, Inc. DBA Shimadzu Medical System for Service for a one-time repair service on government owned Shimadzu Medical Radspeed Radiographic unit at Reynolds Army Community Hospital (RACH) Fort Sill, OK. Shimadzu Medical Radspeed Radiographic is trademarked under Shimadzu Precision Instruments, Inc.; who has proprietary rights as the OEM for all software, service, and maintenance for this Government Owned Equipment. This notice is not a request for quote and no solicitation will be issued. Any firm that believes it can provide the stated services can provide supporting documents demonstrating their capability. Responses received will be used for future acquisitions. Information can be sent to Mr. Albert A. Lee, albert.a.lee.civ@mail.mil . No telephone or facsimile requests will be accepted. This procurement will be prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
