Description

The Naval Warfare Information Systems Command (NAVWAR), in support of the Program Executive Office - Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (PEO C4I), Undersea Integration Program Office (PMW 770), is seeking information for the fabrication, assembly, and test of in-line amplifiers in the OE-315 system. PMW 770 may use this information to help influence future product investments and to support the Department of Navy�s investment policy. The Government requests that interested parties respond to this RFI with a white paper identifying their capability to construct OE- 315 in-line VLF-VHF low noise pre-amplifiers as described in section 3.0. White papers shall be limited to 20 pages in length. Respondents should provide information for all components listed in this RFI. White papers should be in Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF format, supplemented with Excel, PowerPoint, and .pdf formatted attachments as necessary are due no later than 11:00 AM PST on 01 February 2021. Responses shall be submitted to NAVWAR electronically via the NAVWAR E-commerce website, located at: https://ecommerce.sscno.nmci.navy.mil. See attached/posted RFI document.
