- Notice Type: Notice of Intent to Sole Source Title: 451 Research, LLC: Cloud Price Index Service for data Description: The Office of the Secretary intends to award a sole source contract for the Bureau of Economic Analysis to 451 Research, LLC. 1411 BDWY STE 3200 New York 10018, for data purchase, which provides a wide variety of statistics, facts, and current market data on many industries and topics that are all relevant for measuring cloud price index services. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 541910- Marketing Research and Public Opinion Polling. �It is The Office of the Secretary intent that the proposed action may be awarded on a sole source Firm Fixed Price type contract with a 12-month Base Year. 451 Research, LLC under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Sole Source Justification In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible, 451 Research, LLC is the only organization who can provide the services needed. This is not a solicitation, nor is a solicitation available. However, all interested organizations may submit their capability statements and qualifications which will be considered by The Office of the Secretary, BEA. Responses must be in writing and must be submitted electronically to Rosalyne Snow, Contract Specialist at rsnow@doc.gov by 12:00 PM EST on, December 11, 2020. Proposals must include pricing information. No late responses will be accepted.
