Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), National Cemetery Administration (NCA), under the authority VAAR Part 819. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business company. (SDVOSB) This is associated with the attached specifications and drawings for associated work at Corinth National Cemetery, located at 1551 Horton Street, Corinth, MS, 38834. Reference to site visit. See FAR Clause No. 52.236-27 Site Visit on page 11, for site visit information. Questions shall be submitted to charles.daniels2@va.gov NLT 4:30pm, EST, Thursday, November 19, 2020. Email must contain the following in the subject line: Solicitation Number, Project Name, Cemetery Name, Project Number. Telephone inquiries and questions received after this date and time will not be accepted. Per VAAR 836.204, The construction magnitude for this requirement is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The NAICS Code is 237310, Titled � Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction Business Size: $39.5M This acquisition is 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). Only verified SDVOSB firms are eligible to submit an offer or receive an award of a VA contract that is set aside for SDVOSB in accordance with VAAR Part 819. A non-verified vendor that submits a bid or proposal will be rejected as non-responsive. To be eligible for award, the SDVOSB must be considered small under the relevant NAICS Code and must be registered and verified at https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov. Companies must have the Center for Verification and Evaluation (CVE) seal on their registration to be considered for an award; the VIP database will be checked both upon receipt of an offer and prior to award. The government intends to award without discussions, however; the Government reserves the right to conduct discussion if the Contracting Officer later determines them to be necessary. Completed and signed proposals shall be submitted through the Department of Veterans Affairs - Electronic Contract Management System (eCMS) Vendor Portal website to be considered.
