- PRESOLICITATION NOTICE Project Replace Valet Parking Light Poles The Department of Veterans Affairs, 1201 Broad Rock Blvd, Richmond, VA has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, material, supplies, equipment, transportation, permits, licensing and qualified supervision for a Project to replace light pole and light fixtures in the Valet Parking Lot at the Hunter Holmes McGuire VA Medical Center, Richmond, VA. General Scope: The Contractor will provide all transportation, material, hardware, parts, tools, specialized equipment, labor, supervision and technical expertise to replace light poles and light fixtures located in the Valet Parking Lot, at the Richmond VAMC. Work shall include, but not be limited to: Procure 24 LED Light Pole Fixtures Procure 6 General Structure 20-foot Light Poles. Remove 4 existing 20-foot Light Poles and 8 Light Fixtures. Dispose of old poles and fixtures. Remove 4 existing new 20-foot light poles and set aside for re-install. Dig up and dispose of 8 old concrete pole bases. Install 8 new 24 x48 concrete pole bases and rework conduit into new bases. Assemble and wire 4 new 20-foot light poles and 8 light fixtures. Install 4 new 20-foot light poles and fixtures on new pole bases. Install 4 existing 20-foot light poles that were set aside on new pole bases. All work to be performed after normal work hours Estimated construction magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000. NAICS CODE: 238210 Size Standard: $16.5 Million This solicitation is anticipated to be 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs). Solicitation material will be available on/about November 27, 2020. Any specifications, drawings and amendments will be posted on this web site. Proposals will be due approximately 30 days after issuance of the solicitation. Location and points of contact for site visits will be identified in the solicitation. This notice is for informational purposes only and is not a request for proposals. The Government is not obligated to issue a solicitation as a result of this notice.
