- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This notice does NOT constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. We are seeking information for market research purposes only. The Government will not pay for any information solicited. The VHA Network Contracting Office 6 (NCO 6) is conducting a market survey through this sources sought to find qualified manufactures and/or distributors of small business manufactures to include Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB) and Small Businesses (SB), registered under NAICS code 337127 with a size standard of 500 employees who can provide the following item(s) for the Hampton VA Medical Center - Hampton, VA : Brand name or equal Deluxe Clinical Care Recliner sets. Your response is required by 12:00pm EST on November 30, 2020 Salient Characteristics easy to actuate drop-arm feature. The fourth position is a Trendelenburg (or Shock Position) that must be activated by a caregiver. The Trendelenburg Position cannot be activated by a patient while in the recliner. The first position is the Upright Position. This position is ideal for patient transport and can be used to initiate patient treatment / therapy. The second position is the First Recline Position and is also known as the TV position. This position is ideal for patient treatment, rest and reading. The third position is the Second Recline Position and is also known as the Full Recline position. This position is ideal for patient treatment, rest and reading. The wide, contoured seat and back, along with an integrated footrest, provide an enhanced level of comfort. Built-in arm pads in the back give improved support for the arms.
