- THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and testing necessary to provide a full depth reclamation of approximately 23,550 square feet of existing asphalt road. This includes placement of new pavement, removal of concrete aprons, removal and replacement of curbing at flagpole, from the Westville Office parking area, circle around flagpole and out to the Westville Dam Control Structure.� The magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000.� This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 237310 with a Small Business Size Standard of $39.5 Million.� ALL OFFERORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY OFFEROR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.�
