Description

EDITED TO ADD 11/24/20: Amendment 0002�has been posted. The purpose of this amendment is to change the estimated ordering period from 4 December 2020 - 3 December 2023 to 4 December 2020 - 3 December 2021. This change has been reflected in Attachment 2, Attachment 4, and Attachment 5. Please see revised attachments. The solicitation response due date has changed to 27 November 2020 at 1:00PM CST. All other terms and conditions remain the same. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- EDITED TO ADD 11/23/20: Amendment 0001 has been posted. The purpose of this amendment is to attach�a revised Attachment 2. This revision converts the document to an excel sheet for correct calculation of pricing as well as adjusts the estimated quantities. All other terms and conditions remain the same. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- The 97th Contracting Flight issues the following solicitation for a requirement for a contract to prepare personal property belonging to Department of Defense personnel for shipment and/or storage and related services through the Direct Procurement Method (DPM) Personal Property Shipments. This action will be Schedule I, Outbound Services, Schedule II, Inbound Services, and Schedule III, Intra-City and Intra-Area Moves in the following counties: Area 1, includes: Greer, Harmon, and Jackson Counties in Oklahoma; Area 2, includes: Beaver, Beckham, Custer, Dewey, Ellis, Roger Mills and Washita Counties in Oklahoma; Area 3, includes: Childress, Collingsworth, Donley, Gray, Hall, Hemphill, Lipscomb, Ochilltree, Roberts and Wheeler Counties in Texas. This is a Total Small Business Set Aside. In order to be considered a responsive offeror, the offeror must qualify as a Small Business under NAICS 484210. �Please ensure that the offeror�s SAM reflects the business size under NAICS CODE 484210.� Also ensure that SAM info has been updated to be eligible for award. The resulting award will have an estimated Ordering Period of�4�December 2020 � 3�December 2021.� A site visit will not be held for this requirement due to COVID-19. Questions are due Friday, 13 November�2020 by 1:00 PM Central. Please see attached solicitation package for full details.
