- Description
- The purpose of this RFI is to identify interested, qualified business concerns capable of providing Development, Integration, Operations, and Sustainment support to NSG Open Mapping Enclave (NOME) system and Rapidly-Deployable Open Mapping Enclaves (ROME) environment. NOME is a collaborative, crowd sourced, map conflation and machine learning system used to derive foundational GEOINT data. ROME is pipeline for development of new capabilities into NOME as advancements are discovered. See the attached PWS for additional details. Background: The NOME program developed as a component of a larger multi-phase predictive analysis contract that began in 2004 through NGA�s Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) office. As NOME becomes operational, it will leave the SBIR program and require a contract vehicle to continue development and sustainment of the system. The NOME system is a derivative tool of Signature Analyst and is comprised of two primary capabilities, Hootenanny and MapEdit Neither proprietary or classified concepts, nor classified information should be included in the questions or submission. Input on the information contained in the responses may be solicited and reviewed by NGA non-Government consultants or experts who are bound by appropriate non-disclosure agreements. As part of the submission, concerns should include the following information: 1. Company name, point of contact (POC) with phone number and email address, CAGE Code, DUNS number, GSA contract number (if applicable), and business size, including socioeconomic categories if applicable. Based upon North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541511, Custom Computer Programming Services applicable to this acquisition, the responder is to provide answers to the following questions: To be considered for a Small Business set-aside, at least 50 % of the cost of contract performance incurred for personnel shall be expended for employees of the responder.( FAR 52.219-14, Limitation of Subcontracting) RESPONSE Are you a Small Business? A capabilities statement that describes how your company will be able to meet the requirements of the PWS. This should include relevant experience. 6.
