- Description
- The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) intends to award a sole source, FFP contract to Lexis Nexis using Simplified Acquisition procedures to renew OCC�s support subscriptions.� Activities identified below are designed to support OCC objectives.� The contractor shall provide the following: Manage certain legal titles of the Library�s print collection. Supply the most recent editions of Volumes, including recompiled volumes, pocket parts, pamphlets, replacement or ancillary volumes, loose leaf pages, and other related supplementary material. Provide a in-person shelf review of the given titles twice a year. The expected period of performance is from 10/01/2020 through 09/30/2025 with four option periods. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes, and no solicitation documents are available. Information received will be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement, which is solely at the discretion of the OCC. �Any written response should include full costing information, as well as descriptive literature containing sufficient technical documentation to establish a bona fide capacity to meet the requirement.
