- NSN 1005-01-454-1629, BARREL, RIFLE. The material being procured is IAW BASIC DWG 12598107 and reference DWGs� (List of DWGs follows) The required quantity is 2584 each, with a 200% option: to be shipped to the Defense Distribution Depot, San Joaquin, CA. The required delivery is 405 days with CFAT, if CFAT is waived delivery is 270 days. FOB Origin (First Destination Transportation) and Inspection and Acceptance at Origin are required. This solicitation is not set aside for small business. Due to the demilitarization requirement of this item Surplus Material will NOT be accepted. This item has technical data some or all of which is subject to Export Control. This material is not commercial; therefore, the Government is using the policies contained in FAR Part 15 in its solicitation for this item.� However, interested suppliers may identify to the Contracting Officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government�s requirement with the commercial item with 15 days of this notice. This solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsmdla.mil/rfp on or about Monday, 7 December 2020 (12/07/2020). Hard copies of this solicitation are not available.� While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, proposals will be evaluated according to �best value� procedures on the basis of Price, Past Performance, Socioeconomic Support and Delivery.
