Description
Federal Correctional Complex (FCC) located at 846 NE 54th Terrace Coleman, Florida intends to solicit for the provision of Lift Stations Services at the Complex.� This solicitation should result in the offer of a single contract award with a base year with four option years. �The contract type is an indefinite delivery/requirements contract with fixed-firm unit prices.� The North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) code is 562998, with a small business size standard of $ 7.5 million.� In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, all contractors doing business with the Federal Government must be registered in the System with Management Award (SAM) database.�� The website for registration is www.sam.gov.� The solicitation period will be open from October 5, 2020 until November 30, 2020, however, this is a projected estimate and contractors should refer to Page 1 of the solicitation (Block #8) for the actual date quotations are due.�� While the open solicitation period is open from October 5, 2020 until its closing date of November 30, 2020, contractors will have the ability to conduct site visit�on November 23, 2020 at 10:00 am to meet at the Training Center adjacent to the COVID-19 screening site.� Please make sure that you bring your own mask as required per CDC guidelines.� The NCIC paperwork for�the background check prior to visit is available for download in the attachment section, and it has to be submitted via electronic mail (e-mail) no later than November 16, 2020 by close of business at 4:00 pm EST.��Send all NCICs forms to: D1Barr@bop.gov.� All future information concerning this acquisition, including solicitation and amendments, will be distributed solely through this website.� Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up to date information about this acquisition.� Furthermore, any questions regarding the solicitation, those have to be sent via electronic mail (e-mail) as well.� Questions regarding this solicitation can be sent to D1Barr@bop.gov or Smuniz@bop.gov.� Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.� This solicitation is unrestricted. The Estimated Aggregate amount of $�130,001.60 (Inclusive of Base Period and All Options Periods).� The contract shall extend from the effective date of award, February 1, 2021 through 12 months, January 31, 2022, with the Government�s unilateral right to exercise an additional Four Option Years.
