Description

The purpose of this notice is to inform that the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division � Lakehurst, NJ intends to award a cost plus fixed fee order for the Advanced Recovery Control (ARC) System with Northrop Grumman, 7301 Sykesville Road, Sykesville MD 21784-7404.� This effort will establish the product baseline at the Critical Design Review and include the construction of prototype systems that will be used for requirements verification testing.� This procurement will be an order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N68335-20-G-3037.� The estimated delivery for the order will be February 2022.� The NAICS code associated with this requirement is 541330. The Government intends to procure the above items and services under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c)(1), FAR 6.302-1.� Northrup Grumman is the only company that can meet the agency's need for the Advanced Recovery Control (ARC) System Redesign to support Advanced Recovery Control System ECP-I-ARC-0518 by the Required In-Yard Date (RIYD). All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal in writing that may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. �A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
