Description
Synopsis: This is a notification of the U.S. Government�s intent to award a sole source contract modification in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source for options to provide continued maintenance support services to assist the Royal Saudi Land Forces Aviation Command in various location in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISTION MUST BE DIRECTED TO Nancy Ratcliffe, Contracting Officer, CCAM-MLH, via email at nancy.w.ratcliffe.civ@mail.mil.� No telephone requests will be accepted. This modification�s requirement will involve providing continued manpower, material support activity and commercial R&R Program. This contract modification will consist of firm fixed price, cost plus fixed fee and cost reimbursable contract line items. The effort is not performance based, but a directed manning effort. These directed manning positions range in spectrum from helicopter aircraft mechanics and instructors to logistics specialists to test pilots and will be referred to as directed manning augmentees (DMAs). The exact numbers and associated positions will be identified in the contract, with efforts being performed at, but not limited to, Riyadh, King Khalid Military City, Khamis Mushayt, Al-Qassim, Al-Kharj, and Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. The aircraft systems supported by this award will be 406 Combat Scouts, UH-60 Blackhawks, AH-64 Apaches (combination of D and E models) and Schweizer 333s. The period of performance for this optional requirement will be 18 months starting 01 FEB 2021 and consisting of three six-month option periods. This requirement will be sole-sourced to the incumbent DynCorp International LLC., CAGE Code 1SMB2. The closing date annotated is an estimated date. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 488190 with a Small Business Size Standard of $35M.
