Description: PRE-SOLICITATION SITE VISIT Friday, December 4th, 2020 @1000, meet in the parking lot of the Sulphur Ranger District office in Grandby, Colorado. These draft documents are for the pre-solicitation site visit. The intention of this visit is to view the area before it is unaccessable due to winter weather conditions. At this point, all the documents are in DRAFT form and will be revised before the solicitation is posted.
