- Description
- The Department of Homeland Security, United States Coast Guard (USCG), Office of Contract Operations (CG-912) in Washington D.C., intends to issue a contract on a sole source bases with Axon Enterprises, Inc., 17800 N. 58th St., Scottsdale, AZ 85255, for the procurement of Coast Guard Investigative Service (CJIS)/ Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) Joint Authorization Board (JAB) Moderate Authorized certified digital evidence management and associated licenses, storage and professional services. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304(c) (1), only responsible source and no other supplies and services will satisfy the agency requirements. The contract duration will be four (4) years. (12 month base period and 3-12 month option periods). Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement by submitting clear evidence of their capability to provide/perform by 8am on 11/30/2020.�This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.�Contractors may provide correspondence via email at the following address: marlecia.n.ocheni@uscg.mil. The contract is anticipated to be awarded NLT 12/31/2020.� All responsible sources that have a current FedRAMP JAB P-ATO will be considered for evaluating the determination to issue a sole source purchase order.�Phone calls will not be accepted in response to this notice. All information submitted should support the offeror's capability to provide the items required and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses must be in writing and must provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offeror's bona fide capability to provide these services. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete with the proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.�
