Description

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Crownpoint Healthcare Facility hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source firm fixed-price Contract to Continental Divide Electric Co-op, Inc., for Recurring Electric Utility Services for Crownpoint Healthcare Facility from January 01, 2021 through December 31, 2021.� This serves as notice of intent to award a sole source contract and is not a request for competitive proposals; and is not a solicitation or a request for offers. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement. �Interested firms may identify their interest in writing/email to the Government point of contact by submitting no more than a five (5)-page capability statement. Additional documentation is available upon request. Responses to this notice must be received no later than 3:00 p.m. Mountain Day Light Savings Time (MDLST) on November 25, 2020. ��Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� �Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. ��A solicitation will not be issued.
