Description

Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Strategic Education Program Support 21-26 at the U.S. Army War College (USAWC) Carlisle Barracks, PA.� This will replace GSA Task Order W91QF0-18-F-0005. Performance start date is 14 December 2020, and will occur at the USAWC. Telwork is not authorized for this requirement.� This requirement has a SECRET security clearance requirement.� Both Facility and Individual clearances must be a minimum of SECRET level, and must be current (inactive is acceptable). Missing or expired clearances will not be accepted. The solicitation number is W91QF0-21-Q-1001. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) pursuant to FAR 13. This requirement is Subject to the Availability of Funds under the �Continuing Appropriations Act, 2021 and Other Extensions Act,� which funds the government through 11 December 2020. This is a Full & Open requirement, and is NOT set-aside. The associated NAICS code for this procurement is 611710 and the Product Service Code is U099. Quotes shall be emailed to the POC�s for this requirement, Contract Specialist Bethany Flynn and Contracting Officer Larry L. Brown.� All questions shall be submitted via e-mail to the POC�s for this requirement and they will be responded to on an amendment to this solicitation.� Questions should be submitted by 19 Nov 2020 at 7:00 a.m. EDT. Questions submitted after that date may not be addressed. To prevent inadvertant unfair advantage, NO PHONE CALLS WILL BE ACCEPTED. All vendors submitting a quote must be registered and active�in the System for Award Management (SAM). AMENDMENT 1: ANSWERS TO QUESTIONS ARE HEREBY POSTED.� QUESTIONS TO ATTACHED ANSWERS ONLY WILL BE ACCEPTED UNTIL12:01 PM EST ON MONDAY 23 NOVEMEBER 2020.
