Description

- Base Year- (Period of Performance is 01 Jan. 2021 to 31 Dec. 2021). The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, equipment, material, transportation, training and supervision to perform services for the disposal of biomedical hazardous waste, including sharps, with regular scheduled pickups every four weeks for 13 months total, up to 120 seven-cubic-foot containers per year, at the US Coast Guard Academy Medical Clinic, located at 15 Mohegan Ave, Michel Hall, New London, CT 06320. All required services must be done IAW the attached SOW and in compliance with state and federal regulations regarding the transportation & disposal of regulated medical waste. The Request for Quote (RFQ) is for Base Year plus Four (04) Option Years to renew�the contract with�period of perfomance as follows: Option Year One- 01 January 2022 to 31 December 2022 Option Year Two- �01 January 2023 to 31 December 2023 Option Year Three- 01 January 2024 to 31 December 2024 Option Year Four- 01 January 2025 to 31 December 2025 The POC if you have any questions on the Scope of Work (SOW) is Jonathan Lownsbery, tel. no. 860.444.8402 or email him at Jonathan.D.Lownsbery@uscg.mil. �
