Description
This is a synopsis of proposed contract action in accordance with FAR 5.201(b)(1)(i).� The Government plans to execute modifications to the existing Transient Alert Services IDIQ contracts to only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 and 41 USC 253(c)(1) to each Transient Alert Services IDIQ contract holder:� FA8059-17-D-0001 - Vision Information Technology Consultants FA8059-17-D-0003 - KSS-Trailboss JVI FA8059-17-D-0005 - C2G, LTD Co. FA8059-17-D-0006 - Triad Logistics Services Corporation FA8059-17-D-0007 - SkyQuest Aviation LLC FA8059-17-D-0008 - Shiloh Services, Inc FA8059-17-D-0009 - T Square Logistics Services Corporation FA8059-17-D-0010 - MACCS-EASI JV1 LLC This modification is to correct an administrative oversight resulting in Option Year 3 not being exercised. Additionally, this modification gives the ability to exercise Option Year 4 and the 6 month extension of services with the same terms and conditions in place on the current IDIQ contracts.� A separate modification will be executed to exercise option Year 4 and the 6 month extension of services, if required.�� These contracts provide support to aircraft, which are not assigned to a base, or that are enroute from one location to another and may require routine services.� The primary tasks include aircraft management control, arrival, processing, and departure services, aircraft emergency response services for both in-flight emergency and ground emergency and environmental compliance in accordance with applicable Air Force Instructions.� These contracts support 44 mandatory bases and 11 optional bases throughout the Air Force. The Department of the Air Force, 763d Enterprise Sourcing Squadron (763 ESS/PKB) intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price modification to all IDIQ contract holders identified above.� This is not a solicitation or invitation for offerors to submit proposals, however, in accordance with FAR 5.207(C)(16), all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The offeror must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database before an award can be made to them.� If the offeror is not registered in the SAM, it may do so through the SAM website at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. The planned period of performance is as follows: Option Year 3: 1 December 2019 - 30 November 2020 Option Year 4: 1 December 2020 - 30 November 2021 Extension of Services: 1 December 2021 - 31 May 2022 Please note that all dates listed in this synopsis are tentative and are subject to change.�
