Description

Letterkenny Army Depot intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for the purchase of AQUAMAG to purchase and deliver an estimated Thirty Five Hundred (3,500) gallons or more, potentially up to Twenty Nine Thousand (29,000), (must be name brand) AQUAMAG � magnesium hydroxide Slurry, required in support of their mission programs at Letterkenny Munitions Center, (LEMC). This is a sole source requirement and the redacted J&A supporting this purchase is attached. The period of performance of this contract will include the purchase and delivery of this supply for a base year and four (4) Option years starting in December, 2020. The procurement is unrestricted and the 2017 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 325998 NAICS, the description is All Other Miscellaneous Chemical Product and Preparation Manufacturing; the size standard 500 employees and the supply code, 6810. This will be Freight On Board, (FOB) destination to Letterkenny Army Depot, LEMC. Synopsis number, PANRSA 21-P-000714 is hereby released effective this date and closes 23 NOV 2020. All interested sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency within that timeframe. It is noted that offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database to receive a Government contract award.
