Description
General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Wyoming City: Gillette Delineated Area: North: Northern Drive East: N/S Garner Lake Road South: Southern Drive West: US HWY 14-16/US Hwy 50 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,410 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,751 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 10 reserved surface parking spaces Full Term: 15 Years Firm Term: 13 Years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Occupancy must be located in contiguous space within a modern office building on one floor.� Offered space must be efficient and not present significant design constraints, such as irregular shape of demised space, large columns, narrow core to building fa�ade, column spacing less than 20� on center, etc. The occupancy will need to comply with Facility Security Standard Level 1 and other security requirements determined by GSA. Secured parking, enclosed with a chain link fence, may be required. Offered space must be accessible 24 hours, 7 days a week Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100-year year flood plain.
