- General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: MONTANA City: BILLINGS Delineated Area: Please see the attachment Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,951 ABOA Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,000 ABOA Space Type: Office, Other Parking Spaces (Total): 3 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 3 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 3 Full Term: 20 Years Firm Term: 15 Years Option Term: None Additional Requirements: Space shall not be on the ground level or below grade. Contiguous space is required Space shall not be located in window space that is adjacent to outside fire escapes, ledges, balconies, public parking, mezzanines, or directly above a loading dock area. Tenant access to the freight elevator and loading dock is required. Building must be able to meet the Agency Special Requirement set back requirement. The offered space shall not be located adjacent to or near foreign entities as determined by the Government. � Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
