Description

This is a notice of intent to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), sole source contract in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) and (ii) to Axon Enterprises, Inc. 17800 North 85th Street Scottsdale, AZ 85255-6311, for Digital Evidence Management. Axon Enterprises, Inc. has no resellers or distributors and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) has a requirement for Digital Evidence Management under services NAICS code 334310 Audio and Video Equipment Manufacturing. The ATF intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement to the attention of Jim Huff, email address James.Huff@atf.gov by Tuesday November 24th, 2020 (1:00pm EST). Emailed responses will only be considered. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is at the discretion of the Government. �No other brand will be considered for this procurement. The estimated total dollar value of this contract is Not to Exceed $6,350,000.00 over five (5) years.
