The proposed contract action will be sole source to The Boeing Company, Cage 81250, Seattle, WA., pursuant to 10 USC 2304(C)(1). ITEM 0001: NSN:�5998-01-094-4065; P/N: 220-12925-1; NOUN: Circuit Card Assembly.� ITEM FUNCTION: Electrostatic sensitive. ITEM MATERIAL: Electric material. ITEM DESCRIPTION: LENGTH: 12.5 in; WIDTH: 8.3� mm; HEIGHT: 0.01 mm; WEIGHT: 1.2 mg QTY: 2 each ITEM 0002: NSN:�5998-01-191-9481; P/N: 220-12397-61; NOUN: Circuit Card Assembly. ITEM FUNCTION: Modem CCA. ITEM MATERIAL: Electronic components (resistors, transitors, integrated chips, etc.). ITEM DESCRIPTION: LENGTH: 12.5 in; WIDTH: 8.2 in; HEIGHT: 3.0 in; WEIGHT: 1.3 lbs. QTY: 2 each FOB: Origin DESTINATION: SW3119 IUID Requirements are applicable to this acquisition DELIVERY: 180 days ARO A written RFQ will be issued. The anticipated award date is 31 January 2021 The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to�solicit and negotiate with only one source under the Authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may�identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This�notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within�30 days (15 days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of�publication of this solicitation will be considered by the Government . A determination by�the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely�within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely�for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be�considered by the agency. Based upon market research, the Government is anticipating using the policies contained in FAR Part 15, Contract by Negotiations, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services, However,�interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy�the Government's requirement within 15 days of this notice. �
