***See attachments for full Requirement Description*** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and in conjunction with FAR Part 13 and Subpart 13.5 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The Combined Synopsis/Solicitation number is W912D0-21-Q-0169 and incorporates provisions and clauses for commercial items in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2020-06, effective 6 May 2020. This acquisition is set aside 100% for Small Business. The NAICS Code is 561730 with a size standard of $8M. NOTE: The quantities are ESTIMATES and may increase or decrease depending on weather conditions. Requirement. To provide snow/ice removal from sidewalks and lawn mowing maintenance services for the Child/Youth Service Facilities on Fort Wainwright, AK�in accordance with (IAW) the Performance Work Statement, (PWS) as noted in attachment 1�of this solicitation. Period/Place of Performance.�Fort Wainwright, AK. The period of performance is 22 January 2021 - 21 January 2022 plus 4 options years.
