THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. THE PURPOSE OF THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS FOR MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY. RESPONSE TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT WILL BE USED BY THE GOVERNMENT TO MAKE APPROPRIATE ACQUISITION DECISIONS. A SUBSEQUENT SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT MAY FOLLOW. RESPONSES TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED AS AN ADEQUATE RESPONSE TO ANY FUTURE ANNOUNCEMENT. Joint Base Charleston, located in Charleston, SC seeks a Provider/Offeror to provide all plant, labor, material parts, and equipment necessary renew chillers in the Central Energy Plant. All project components and materials shall be installed in accordance with the manufacturer�s technical installation instructions and specifications. Contractor shall provide all tools, qualified labor, materials, equipment, supplies and supervision necessary to renew and warranty all items in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with all Federal, State, Local Regulations and the guidelines & requirements. Contractor shall provide: Trane R-Newal � services for three (3) existing 650 Ton CenTraVac Chillers as follows: CHILLER 1 - Model CVHF650, Serial # L97E03333 CHILLER 2 - Model CVHF650, Serial # L97D03299 CHILLER 3 - Model CVHF650, Serial # L97D03269 Conversion services of the existing Trane CenTraVac� chiller control system to the current production Tracer� CenTraVac AdaptiView� panel and control system Those wishing to identify their capability to provide their aforementioned services should respond to this announcement via email to Brandy.Stroud@us.af.mil no later than 20 November, 2020 at 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.
