Description

MODIFICATION 1 Updated Statement of Work, removing foundation requirement and second 30 foot tower. Provided questions & answers, additional tower photos and antenna specifications. Extended RFQ to 4pm MST on 11/24. ________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Tower Installations This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a total small business set aside. The associated NAICS code is 237130.� The small business size standard is $39.5M. The Service Contract Labor Standards act applies to this service in Calcasieu Parish County, LA.�� The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Weather Service (NWS) Southern Region (SR), Weather Forecast Office (WFO) located in Lake Charles requires the installation of 1 each 50� tower and�1 each 30� tower adjacent to current locations indicated with red dot on picture in the Statement of Work.� Final tower locations will be approved by National Weather Service staff. See attached full Combined Synopsis with all terms and conditions which all vendors must be in compliance with to be eligible for award. PLEASE PROVIDE FAR PROVISION 52.204-24 (OCT 2020) BOLD SECTIONS FILLED OUT. FAILURE TO DO SO COULD RESULT IN UNACCEPTANCE OF QUOTE.
