Description

The 673d Contracting Squadron, Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska intends to award a sole source purchase order to Alaska Department of Health and Social Services. ""Alaska law requires that all babies born in Alaska receive screening tests for conditions that can result in intellectual disability and/or other serious health problems (see, e.g., Alaska Statues 18.15.200). Title 7, Alaska Administrative Code, Sec. 27.510, requires all such tests to be performed at the lab designated by the State.""�This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 13.501.
