Description: The Minnesota National Guard USPFO Contracting Office intends to sole source award an advertising contract specific to the Minnesota Wild hockey team. The Minnesota Wild has exclusive advertising rights during their NHL regular season�home games and at the�Xcel Energy Center, and are the only one responsible source and no other supplies/services will satisfy agency requirements (FAR 6.302). All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency (FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii)).
