- The 10th Contracting Squadron, 8110 Industrial Blvd, USAF Academy, CO 80840 is contemplating an Award for 10th Air Base Wing (ABW) Chapel Support Services for a 1 year base period of performance, plus four twelve-month option periods of performance, and an optional six-month extension of services.� This is a commercial purchase using Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12 and 13 procedures and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).� Throughout this RFQ, all instances of the word ""proposal"" should be understood as ""quote"". All instances of the word ""Offeror"" should be understood as ""Quoter"". � This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written (formal) solicitation will not be issued.� This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2021-01, effective October 1, 2020.� The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 561320, Temporary Help Services, and the size standard is $30M.� This is a 100% Total Small Business set-aside.� All responsible sources may submit a quote, which if received timely, will be considered by the 10th Contracting Squadron, USAF Academy (USAFA).� This acquisition is for seven positions: Catholic Religious Education (RE) Coordinator, Catholic Youth Ministry Coordinator, Catholic Music Director, Catholic Musician, Protestant Youth Ministry Coordinator, Protestant Music Director, and a Protestant Musician. Quote Requirements: To ensure timely and equitable evaluation of quotes, Quoters must follow the instructions contained herein. Failure to meet all of the instructions may result in a quote being determined ineligible for award. It is the Quoter�s responsibility to ensure their quote meets all the requirements of this solicitation. Alternative quotes will not be accepted. Quotes for the Chapel Support Services shall meet the requirements and be In Accordance With (IAW) the Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated 29 June 2020, (Attachment 1).
