Description
Amendment 1 is attached Amendment 1 -�The following changes were made to�the Announcement for Proposals (AFP) for Partnership Agreements in Telling the Artemis Program Story to a Worldwide Audience.� All other terms and conditions of the AFP remain unchanged. Within the Second Paragraph of the �Statement of Purpose� Page 1 From: NASA is looking to entertain proposals from U.S. entities, though proposals which include a minority of international participants on a team led by a U.S.-entity who will enter into the Space Act Agreement with NASA will be considered. To: NASA is looking to entertain proposals from U.S. entities, although NASA will also consider team proposals with foreign participation, provided that they are led by a U.S. entity. Note, the U.S.-led entity will be required to enter into a Space Act Agreement with NASA (model agreement provided below.) Further documentation may be required to enable the participation of non-U.S. entities in this activity. Within the Award Section of the �Evaluation and Award Process� Page 10 From: The Selection Official will consider the scores from the technical evaluation as well as programmatic considerations, such as portfolio balance, proposed partnerships, availability of funds, involvement of international participants, and other programmatic considerations. Partner will be required to make whatever arrangements are legally required with NASA or NASA�s related entities for any releases or other information required in order to secure�permission to publish images of any individuals or any proprietary hardware that is on the Artemis II mission.
