Description

This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures FAR part 13 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on BetaSam.gov. The Request For Quotation (RFQ) Number W911S021Q0004. This solicitation document, incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-09 (Effective date October 26, 2020) and DFARS Change 10/01/2020 (Effective date October 10, 2020). It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 511210, Software Publishers, with a small business size standard of $41.5M. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate a Firm Fixed Price contract with only one source International Business Machine (IBM) Federal Global Business Service (GBS). Under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all quotations received by the closing response date will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Small Business Office concurs with this determination. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command � Fort Eustis requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing Collaborative Learning Agent Subscription & Support Renewal (CARLA S&S Renewal) for the Army Training Information Systems (ATIS). Item Description: �CARLA Annual Subscription and Support Renewal, Feature 1695 Tier 1 Period of Performance: One year from date of award Item Part Number: �694698B Quantity: 10 workspaces, 1 to 200 intents, 50 entities This announcement will close at 2:00 PM EST on November 13, 2020.
