- N00164-21-Q-0012 � SOLE SOURCE � Key Polymer Structural Adhesive � FSG 8040 - NAICS 325520 ISSUE DATE 19 OCT 2020� CLOSING DATE 22 OCT 2020 � 3:00 PM Eastern Time� This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR Part 13. �Synopsis exception FAR 5.202(a)(13) applies and Solicitation Number N00164-21-Q-0012 is hereby issued as an attachment hereto.� Items Peculiar to One Manufacturer Sole Source- The proposed contract action is for the supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source, (OEM Key Polymer and All Authorized distributors preferred vendor �CAGE CODE: 1C8W0), under the authority of FAR 13.106-1. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. However, a determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Because this action is classified as items peculiar to one manufacturer, a redacted non-completive memorandum will not be included in the solicitation.� Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division intends to enter into a Base Award, Firm Fixed Price (FFP), contract for the following ITEM DESCRIPTION - � CLIN 1 � P/N: Key Polymer Adhesive QTY 38 � CLIN 2- Option #1 Key Polymer Adhesive QTY 3� Inspection and Acceptance is to be at destination with deliver F.O.B. Destination: NSWC Crane, IN 47522-5001. � Please reference delivery schedule in RFQ.� 11/17/ 2020. �� Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors may obtain information on SAM registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 866-606-8220 or via the internet at https://www.sam.gov. � All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to beta.sam.gov. �It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor the beta.sam.gov site for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation. �For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a quote will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award. Offers shall be e-mailed to William.p.robbins@navy.mil. �All required information must be received on or before 3:00PM EASTERN TIME. � AMENDMENT 0001: The purpose of this Amendment 01 is to add Option CLIN 0003, Option #2 and CLIN 0004, Option #3. Updated option clauses to reflect the additional CLINS Option CLINS. Time to respond to Amendment 01, N0016421Q0012 and based RFQ has been extended to Friday, November 13, 2020. All other Terms and Conditions Shall Remain the Same.
