Description

The Indian Health Service Crow Service Unit (CSU) intends to award a sole source firm fixed price purchase order to NEMONT TELEPHONE CO-OPERATIVE for Wired Telecommunication and High-Speed Internet (data circuit) Services for the Crow Service Unit; Crow/Northern Cheyenne Hospital, Crow Agency, Montana, and Lodge Grass Clinic, Lodge Grass, Montana. �The NAICS Category is 517311 - Wired Telecommunications Carriers. This procurement is conducted pursuant to FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, FAR Part 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This is a notice of intent and not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation is available for this requirement. NEMONT TELEPHONE CO-OPERATIVE is the only telephone service and data circuit provider in the geographical area of Crow Agency, MT and Lodge Grass, MT. The contract shall comprise of a 12 month period with the proposed period of performance dates of 12/01/2020 - 11/30/2021 for local and long distance wired telecommunication and high speed internet (data circuit) services. If a firm believes that IHS should not pursue this procurement, it should submit a capability statement and pricing information for the requirement by 9:00 a.m. EST on November 25, 2020 via email to Johnna.pryor@Ihs.gov. A determination by the Government to compete this proposed contract, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
