Description: There are four damage sites located along the left bank of the Umatilla River in Umatilla County, Oregon in the City of Pendleton, Oregon. In general, the damages consist of three areas of riprap failure, displacement and/or embankment erosion and one area of seepage along an abandoned conduit or drain. Repair involves reestablishing the riverside slopes and revetments where visible damage exists and filling the pipe with controlled density fill.
