- The Naval Education and Training Security Assistance Field Activity (NETSAFA) is the U.S. Navy�s agent for international education and training. NETSAFA coordinates training support to international governments and international organizations. As a field activity of the Naval Education and Training Command (NETC), NETSAFA serve as a focal point for all security assistance training program issues, coordination and advice within the U.S. Navy. The German Navy requires the implementation of an innovative training program to safely and efficiently operate their P-3 aircraft. The scope of this contract pertains to the training effort necessary to conduct training for flight crew personnel tasked to support the operation of German Navy P-3 aircraft. Performance of this training program mandates participating in program and training meetings; developing training plans; conducting aircrew training; and providing other material support services at the Contractor site in the continental United States (CONUS). These activities shall be conducted in coordination and cooperation with Naval Education and Training Security Assistance Field Activity�s (NETSAFA�s) applicable field units and other program offices and stakeholders. ESG Aerosystems Inc. was the directed source by the German Navy to perform these services in a Letter of Request dated 29 November 2018. Training courses to be developed and performed include the following: - Copilot training (CP) - Patrol Plane Commander (PPC) - Instructor Pilot (IP) - Flight Engineer (FE) - Instructor Flight Engineer (IFE) - Currency Training (CT)
