Description
**The 766 ESS is requesting information for an Anti-Terrorism Force Protection Requirement.� This Request for Information (RFI)�is the third�RFI to be released for the requirement due to a recent scope increase and more defined questions.� Interested parties should please consider resubmitting their statements of interest to�this RFI to assist�the Government in their Market Research.** This requirement calls for the contractor to assist the Government with completion of Integrated Defense Risk Management Process (IDRMP) including the verification, accuracy check, and update as necessary of existing Integrated Defense Plans (IDP), Anti-Terrorism Plans (ATP) and to provide Risk Decision Tool System (RDST) Training, AT Level II Training, Fly Away Security Team (FAST) Training, Intelligence Preparation of the Operating Environment Training and on-site management of regional training center services for PACAF Installations and locations of consequence. Additionally the contractor shall provide an analysis of emerging technology incorporated into defense plans and shall develop individual operational level installation plan inputs for adoption, integration and sustainment of emerging technologies at installations. The contractor must ensure plans meet Department of Defense and Air Force instructions timelines at each individual place of performance. These assessments and plans shall be developed and delivered by the contractor as independent articles and must be able to act as standalone documents and actionable plans. The existing plans for PACAF installations and locations of consequence shall be incorporated to the maximum extent practicable.
