- This procurement is being solicited unrestricted. Solicitation SPE300-21-R-X001 is designed to place Market Ready Fresh Bread and Bakery items, all fully competitive, on contract(s) for various Department of Defense (""DoD"") customers in Maryland (Fort Detrick and NSF Thurmont). Contract performance is expected to be from Sunday April 18, 2021 through Saturday April 15, 2023. The resultant award will be issued as an indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO) not to exceed 2 years or $250,000.00 aggregate value, whichever occurs first. Prices quoted shall remain valid and fixed for the entire period of performance. The resultant contract will be based on the lowest aggregate price. The offer must meet all terms and conditions of the solicitation. If an offerors takes any exception to the terms and conditions of the solicitation, its offer may be excluded from consideration for award. Anticipated solicitation issuance date is December 2020. A copy of the solicitation can be downloaded via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https:dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. If not already registered, prospective offerors will be required to do so prior to viewing and downloading a copy of the solicitation. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF).
