Description
The Purposes of this Amendment 04�are to: 1. amend the solicitation with updated sections of the RFP highlighted in yellow; 2. provide answers to clarification questions submitted by prospective offerors; and 3. change the proposal due/closing date/time to November 16, 2020, 5:00pm Monrovia time. Dear Propsective Offerors, The Purposes of this Amendment No. 03 are to: Update sections of the solicitation which are highlighted in yellow; Provide answers to questions submitted by prospective offerors; and Amend the Attachment J.1. of the solicitation. Dear Prospective Offerors, The Purposes of this Amendment are to: 1. change the anticipated date of response to questions to October 29, 2020; and 2. change the proposal due/closing date/time to November 9, 2020, 5:00pm Monrovia time. Please see attached the SF-30 form. Dear Prospective Offerors: The purposes of this amendment number one are: to extend the anticipated date of response to questions from October 19, 2020 to October 27, 2020; and to extend the proposal due date/time from October 30, 2020 to November 6, 2020. Any questions regarding this amendment should be directed to Edward S. Lamin at elamin@usaid.gov �with copy to Ruth Caesar-Hne at rcaesar-hne@usaid.gov �. The United States Government, represented by the U.S Agency for International Development in Liberia (USAID), is seeking proposals from qualified U.S. or non-U.S., non-profit or for-profit organizations to support the Government of Liberia in its educational systems strengthening priorities. This procurement will be conducted under Full and Open Competition procedures, pursuant to Part 6 and 15 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). Authorized Principal Geographic Code for this solicitation is 937 � Default. NAICS Code for this solicitation is 541990 � All Other Professional, Scientific and Technical Services.
