Description

(1) INTRODUCTION: The FAA William J. Hughes Technical Center at the Atlantic City International Airport, NJ has a requirement for Advanced Imaging Support Services. (2) PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The anticipated period of performance is five years from the date of contract award. (3) NATURE OF COMPETITION: The acquisition strategy for this procurement is unrestricted competition.� The principle North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 541430, �Graphic Design Services"" with a size standard of $7.5M. (4) STANDARD LANGUAGE: This Solicitation is a Request for Offer (RFO), and an awarded contract may result from proposals submitted in response to this announcement.� The Government will not be liable for any costs associated with the submittal of a response to this SIR. (5) DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS: Responses to this SIR are due to the Contracting Officer at the address specified in Section L.1(d)(1) of the SIR by 1PM (EST) on Tuesday, November 24, 2020.� Late proposals will not be considered.� All questions must be emailed to colleen.mcguire@faa.gov by 1PM (EST) on Thursday, November 12, 2020. (6) SIR ATTACHMENTS: Solicitation No. 692M15-20-R-00018 is attached below along with all attachments as outlined in Section J. The Acquisition Management System (AMS) applies to Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) in place of the�Federal Acquisition Regulation�(FAR) and various other provisions of Federal acquisition law.
