Osborne - richard.l.osborne2.civ@mail.mil Synopsis: WV CONSTRUCTION MATOC SOURCES SOUGHT. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential sources for this project including interested Small Business sources. This notice is for planning purposes only. All interested parties should respond.�� The USPFO for WV intends to issue a solicitation and award a minimum of three (3) contracts for a construction MATOC two (2) year base contract with three (3) Option years for a total of five (5) years. The Multiple Award Task Order contract (MATOC) for maintenance, repair, construction and design build services throughout the state of West Virginia. Typical work includes, but is not limited to: interior and exterior renovations, heating and air-conditioning, HVAC controls, plumbing, fire suppression, interior and exterior electrical and lighting, fire and intrusion alarms, communications, limited utilities, site work, landscaping, fencing, masonry, roofing, concrete, asphalt paving, storm drainage, limited and environmental remediation, construction of new facilities, surveys, studies, design build and other related work. All will be in accordance with individual task order requirements, specifications and drawings provided with each project or master specifications. Prospective contractors must be able to respond within 120 minutes (2 Hours) in response to emergencies via the main office or a staffed satellite office. You will be required to submit a proposal for a ""Prototypical Project"" as well as a ""Seed"" project. The Seed project will be awarded as a Task Order (TO) to one of the successful MATOC Contractors.
