- This is a Sources Sought notice. This notice DOES NOT constitute a request for proposal, request for quote or invitation for bid. This Sources Sought is a market research tool being utilized to determine potential offerors. This is not a solicitation for quotes and no contract will be awarded from this announcement. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement. All responses will be provided by an e-mail response. No presentations will be scheduled. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation 5.2, The Great Plains Area Indian Health Service, Aberdeen, South Dakota, is conducting a Sources Sought notice for Hospitalist(s)/Internal Medicine Physician(s) functioning as an In-Patient Hospitalist on an alternating rotational seven (7) day to fourteen (14) day work week schedule at the Fort Yates IHS Hospital, Fort Yates, North Dakota. Hospitalist shall work a twelve (12) hour daily shift physically based on the In-Patient Ward. Shifts shall not extend greater than 14 consecutive days for the safety of the provider and their patients. The minimum quantity of hours will be 80 hours and the maximum quantity of hours will be 8,760 hours. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Codes are 621 �Health Care and Social Assistance, 621111, Offices of Physicians (except Mental Health Specialists), with a Small Business Size Standard of $12.0 million. The Government will use this information to determine the best acquisition strategy for this procurement.� The Government is interested in Native-Owned, 8(a), Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, HubZone, and Women-Owned Small Business concerns.� The government requests that interested parties respond to this notice if applicable and identify your business status to the identified NAICS code.�� The written responses to this notice should consist of the following items: Company Name Company Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number Company point of contact, mailing address, e-mail address telephone number, fax number and website address.
