Description

The contractor shall provide all tools, material, equipment, and qualified labor to safely repair approximately 16 leaks on the WHSE 13 metal roof in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The applicable NAICS Code is 236220 with a Small Business Size Standard of $39,500,000. This request is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside for Small Business Concerns. Contractor shall commence work no later than 10 days after the notice to proceed (NTP) is issued. Estimated completion of performance is NLT 45 days after the issuance of the NTP. The magnitude of this construction project is estimated between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. All potential offers must return the signed SF1442 with completed vendor fill-ins, before closing date to be considered for award. Amended to add: Qty line on page 4 of the SF1442 should read as Qty 1 JB. Amended 10/30/2020: Amendment 0001 is published to advise that due to the uniqueness of this project, site visits are HIGHLY encouraged. PM will hold scheduled site visits 11/3, 11/5, 11/10 at 1000 EST.� Contact PM for installation access info.� Solicitation closing is extended to 11/20/2020. Amended 11/2/2020: Due to scheduling conflicts the site visit on 11/10 is hereby CANCELLED. No formal amendment will be issued for this cancellation. Amended 11/3/2020: This solicitation is on hold due to significant changes required to the statement of work. No evaluations of offers shall occur at this time unitl a new SOW is finalized and published.
