Introduce regulators to the Stream Functions Pyramid Framework (SFPF) and the field techniques on which the CSQT is based; ? Provide regulators with a resource to aid in reviewing applications that utilize the CSQT; ? Familiarize regulators with the Checklist and provide an opportunity for regulators to apply the Checklist on real-world examples; and ? Provide technical support in reviewing atypical and problematic CSQT assessments.
